Cruisin’ the Fjords
Day 4: Stavanger
I slept almost 10 hours last night! Whoa! When I got up, my legs were so sore I just wanted to lay there all day to avoid it! I guess yesterday’s hike was a bit more tough than I had thought with all of the boulder climbing. Totally worth it though! Because of that, and the fact that I have my second hike tomorrow, I decided today was going to be relaxed and slow. Take a look at what Magnus and I did today!
Coffee and Reading by the harbor

After a slow start to the morning, we went on a cruise through the Lysefjord, which is the fjord below Preikestolen, the hike I went on yesterday! The views were stunning, the wind was freezing, and Preikestolen looked tiny from below…

Right in the middle of the picture above, the squat piece jutting out towards the fjord is Preikestolen.

After the cruise, we went for a stroll on City Bridge to get a different view of the [correct] city, Stavanger. Along the way, we passed by a couple neat churches, and lots more street art!

That’s all from today! Tomorrow is another early morning for my hike to Kjerag! It’s an all day affair, so stay tuned!
