So, What Do You Eat?

As a follow-up from my weight loss journey post, I’m guessing people might have questions about what I actually eat in my new lifestyle. It has to be a pretty strict food list, right? Well, if you consider cutting out processed foods, breads, pastas, grains, etc. strict, then sure, you can call it strict. For me though, it doesn’t seem strict at all, just simple. Now, I’m not claiming this is an exhaustive list, or that I eat all of these things on a regular basis, but here’s a list of acceptable foods, so check it out for yourself!

Now that you see the variety of foods I eat, maybe a few of you will start to eat in a similar way. I promise, you won’t regret it if you do! Hell, maybe I’ll even start working on putting together a list of my favorite recipes for you all to enjoy, if there’s enough interest!   1. Hey Kate, I am thinking of shrimp scampi; but really scaling the recipe to our way of eating. Using butter and spices to cook up the shrimp in and the cauliflower rice. What do you think or have you tried making this.

    1. I haven’t tried making this, but sounds like you have good thoughts on how to modify this recipe to fit the Code Red/Keto lifestyle! Everything you’ve listed are all approved! Would love to hear how this turns out!
